Now that it’s 24 hours later, my cousin Kacey has summarized this picture perfectly: “I recognize that face. That’s the “I’m feeling totally awesome after my surgery, and am completely oblivious to the fact I’m still pumped full of delicious meds” look!” Yep, it’s mostly a slight grimace now. I do think the medical est should have a choice for pain mgt: Oxycodone or whiskey. I take the whiskey.
